The Elimination Of False Spiritual Security, Part 2: Two Types Of People.

July 30, 2013

Read Part One Here

It’s important to understand that there are only two types of people in this world. The first are people who have sincerely and from the heart humbled themselves before Jesus Christ, admitted they’re sinners, asked for Christ’s forgiveness, and in turn were Born Again and filled with the Holy Spirit.

The second group of people can be split into two categories. People who refuse to accept Jesus Christ as their savior and people who falsely think they’ve accepted Jesus, and show very little fruit or change in behavior, desires, attitude and/or heart. The first are people who may spend their entire existence misunderstanding the events in their lives, because they don’t understand sin or the inspired Word of God found in the Bible. People, whom unless they leave their bitterness, ego, pride and unjust blame directed at a faultless God behind, will spend eternity in hell. The second are people who have become complacent, luke warm and comfortable in their false belief that their eternity with Christ is secure. They are the victims of FSS.

Some of the members of both groups refuse to accept the free gift of salvation, which is available to everyone, because the Truths in the Bible contradict their lifestyle, behaviors, urges or wants. No matter the reason, they’re all described as God’s enemy as it states in Romans 5:10 when it says:” For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!”

There are no whites or blacks, gays or straights, rich or poor, catholic, mormon, jewish or islamic. It doesn’t matter how good of a person you are, how much money you donate, or how many people you help. It doesn’t matter if you’re a passive yogi or an all-loving naturalist. It doesn’t matter if you go to church every week, and say your prayers every night. It doesn’t matter if you profess to be a Christian and do all the ritualistic things you think Christians do. In the absence of being Born Again, all of this is useless, and in many cases, more damaging to the Kingdom of God then if you’d just stop the charade and truly give into The Lord.
