Votes I: There is no truth!

October 28, 2012

Out in the open wisdom calls aloud, she raises her voice in the public square; on top of the wall she cries out, at the city gate she makes her speech,

“How long will you who are simple love your simple ways? How long will mockers delight in mockery and fools hate knowledge? (Proverbs 1:20)

Hello All,

It’s been made painfully clear to me, by many people, that my posts are too long. With that in mind I’ll be splitting up some of my topics into multiple posts, including this one. My hope is that it will make things a little easier to digest for those of you who are like me and have an attention span about as long as a pinky nail.  I’ll have all three  parts of this up by election day. I also want to take this time to thank those of you who have taken the time to read what I have to say. I sincerely appreciate it and hope you’re gaining something from it in one way or another.

Votes are their scoreboard. Along with campaign contributions, which are just insult to injury, votes are how they determine the following. How many people are still fooled into thinking they have a voice or representation. How many people still think there are anything but artificial differences between a republican and a democrat. That the same money and powerful people don’t control both of them. That abortion, immigration, religion, gun rights and a myriad of other issues aren’t just a smoke screen to keep you, the American people, distracted and divided.

Votes are a measure of how much they’ve accomplished their goal of divide and conquer. How much they still have us fighting with each other, instead of fighting against what we all know, but choose to ignore, as the slickest most powerful liars in the country. How good of a job did their two actors do of causing resentment, separation and anxiety, sometimes amongst the closest of friends and family. How much time did they make us spend watching and talking about nothing? How much fake confidence did they make you feel in regards to your knowledge of politics or how this world works? How does it feel to know a lot about nothing? About this thing called “politics” that has as much impact on your life, as World of War Craft does in their customers lives. How much was your ego inflated as you talked to your friends about a world that will never impact yours? They got you!

They got me too! In a big way for a long time! I began following politics in high school when I was about 14 years old. I still remember debating with what grades implied were the smartest kids in the school. I lived in Sun Prairie, which for all intents and purposes is a suburb of the liberal capital of the Midwest, Madison. At the time, thinking that all liberals were weak and needed handouts, really appealed to my make it on your own, survival of the fittest, my parents are in the toughest business in the world and we’re just fine mindset. I was really good, really articulate, and really effective at making people, including teachers not want to challenge me.

I would relate the issues to the people I was talking to and their families. Why are they sitting in every class getting straight A’s, when at the same time they’re arguing for welfare and unions and tenured teachers? I concentrated on the social issues because I could always find one to bring into their own life and their whole argument and usually hypocritical points would crumble. Hypocritical political positions are still the norm in almost everyones life.  All they knew was the rhetoric and talking points and they never thought past them to the real world.  I watched conservative TV, listened to Rush, and railed against people on welfare and the poor. Even though I could win an argument, in reality, unbeknownst to me, it meant nothing to my life, their life or for that matter anyone’s life in this country, outside of less than one percent of the richest people.

Then in college my friend Mike asked me “How are you a republican and an atheist?” Between high school and college I was making that transition to becoming totally self-sufficient from GOD. I was breaking any ties the catholic church may have accidentally created between GOD and I. So this was the first time my political thoughts came in conflict with my thoughts about GOD. I quickly saw the republican party completely differently. I saw how the republican candidates manipulated what I saw at the time as a fake god’s word and people, and their feelings on a few social issues to create their base. It made me sick then and even more so now that I know our Lord and His children. I then started thinking about the issues. I realized that every society since the beginning of time has an underperforming class. Whether that’s due to laziness, ignorance, lack of opportunities, oppression, racism, slavery, crony capitalism,  bigotry, etc… I realized that you could either bring that lowest class up, which would help all of society or keep beating it down while they become an even bigger drain on this country.

I started feeling that intellectual superiority that most liberals feel over their apparently country bumkin counterparts. Even though I now know that many of those country bumkins have the only wisdom that matters and that’s GOD’S wisdom. I started feeling even more sorry for the poor religious people who without even knowing it were voting for people who were trying to destroy them (republicans) and still are (both parties are equally).

I started explaining how ridiculous trickle down economics or tax breaks for the rich were to people. Asking them to help me understand how giving a multimillionaire a break on his taxes was going to create jobs. Did they really think that an extra $100,000 on top of $10 million was going to be the thing that pushed that person over the edge into building a new factory or adding jobs? Of course not, they’re simply going to stock pile cash like every wealthy person does; only reinvesting when it will be profitable for them. There’s no altruism in trickle down economics I can guarantee you that.

So after 5 years of aggressive conservatism I was a raging liberal for fourteen years. Just like many things in my life it was great because I knew both sides. I knew what the republicans were going to throw at me before they even said it, exactly in the same way I understood what the Jesus freaks were going to say about my atheism.  I watched Rachel Maddow, Keith Olberman and all the rest almost every night.

My entire life I’ve prided myself on never going from A to B and then back to A on any issue, topic or lifestyle change. Whether it was watching TV, being emotionally affected or idolizing sports, masturbation, eating well, not drinking pop, weed and alcohol, politics, etc… I’ve been on the both side of all of them but never went back.  I always pointed out and still believe that it was an indication of growth. That once I learned the truth regarding what I was wrong about, that truth held up, and still does.

Many people like to say, “You change your mind so much, or look at all the times you’ve been wrong”. I tell them that unless you’re changing or wrong, you were either born the smartest person on the planet, you’re not doing open-minded independent research or you’re insecure and afraid of change. You’re standing still. You’re high view of your intellect is holding you back, you’re afraid of what you don’t know, you’re pride and ego is preventing you from growth and admitting or finding your lack of wisdom.

Switching directions in life and admitting that you weren’t as educated as you could’ve been, is a hard thing to do but the lack of it is very transparent. This concept of never going from A to B and then back to A again was fully intact until March 27th 2012. That is when GOD came and knocked me over the head with “A” the second time! This was the first time that I thought I was living the truth about something (GOD when I was young), and then was convinced I was wrong, but then had it (GOD) proved to me by GOD, that I was right in the first place.

The interesting thing about politics is there are no “A” and “B”. There is only make-believe, acting, manipulation and lies. There is only awake and asleep. Just like the movie I saw recently called “Cloud Atlas”, which by the way was solely made to give another plausible explanation of GOD, the same way The Matrix, The Grey and many more before it have.

It’s purpose is to reinforce reincarnation and karma, destroy the idea of heaven (female slaves being tricked into thinking they’re being “exalted”, nice choice of pretty much an exclusively Biblical term BTW), mock prayer (yes they also really call it prayer) and just like everything the entertainment industry does either cloud the truth about GOD or confuse you so much that you don’t care to find the real truth and power of this world in Christianity! They know the truth better than anyone and their systematically trying to keep you from it.  “Cloud Atlas” says that truth is singular, that they are right about. And the truth about politics is that there is none.

To be continued here……

Don’t take my word for it! Research, Learn, Understand, Trust!

SUGGESTED INDEPENDENT RESEARCH:

If you don’t think that the president and all the Congresman and Senators are aware of the following, keep in mind that they each have giant staffs of the most intelligent and gifted people in this country working for them. They are all in on it. You have no representatives! Please watch the movie in the link below. It’s narrated by Matt Damon. If you’re not going to watch the whole thing, be sure to fast forward to one hour and twenty two minutes and start to learn about how our education system is not only corrupted in the financial world but in all ways.

My Testimony

I’m also going to be posting only the “Bible address” from now on for the finishing verse in the hopes that you’ll seek out the wisdom and truth contained in it for yourselves.  Proverbs 4:7

Thanks again to everyone who takes the time to read what I write!
